BxM SPED360

From the IEP to every school day.

SPED360 turns each student’s IEP into simple daily work for the people who deliver services — and records what was actually delivered, so progress reports are built on real evidence.

86-second overview · illustrative screens with sample data

The problem

The IEP is written once a year. It is delivered every day.

Implementers work blind

Classroom assistants and teachers rarely see the IEP itself. They need the goal, the steps and what data to take — in plain words, when the session starts.

Data is scattered

Session data, service minutes, behavior incidents and notes live on paper, in spreadsheets and in messages. Minutes delivered are hard to prove.

Reports are rebuilt by hand

The case manager reconstructs every quarterly progress report from those scattered records.

How it works

Read the IEP once. Every role works from it.

1 · IEP intake

The IEP is entered once as structured data. Official goals are stored exactly as written and never edited.

2 · Professional approves

The licensed professional confirms the intake and approves goals and interventions. Nothing reaches staff without approval.

3 · Daily screens

Each role sees only its own work: the classroom assistant sees today’s students and the approved steps.

4 · Evidence

Sessions with complete data count as delivered minutes and feed a quarterly evidence draft for the professional to review.

Built for every role

One platform. A simple screen for each person.

LBS1 / special education teacher

Today, what needs attention, caseload snapshot, service minutes and progress. Approves goals and interventions.

Case manager

Assignments, schedules, IEP versions and transfers.

BCBA & specialists

The same tools, limited to the areas they are assigned — for example behavior and de-escalation.

Classroom assistant (SECA / para)

Today → classroom → student → start. Plain-language steps that are easy to follow.

Classroom teacher

Only their classroom’s students, accommodations and assigned work.

School & network leaders

Team reporting and evidence of services delivered (school plans).

Built-in guardrails

Safe for students. Fair to staff.

Goals locked

Official IEP goals can never be edited; working goals are kept separately.

Data required

A session cannot be submitted without its required data. Only completed sessions count as delivered minutes.

One service clock

One clock per session, so behavior data never double-counts minutes.

Fully audited

Every change is recorded automatically; corrections keep the original.

Human approval

AI drafts only when a professional asks, sees only the minimum data, and never approves anything.

Fair to staff

Fidelity checks measure the intervention — never rank people.

Plans

For one professional, a school, or a district.

Individual Professional

One licensed professional and their own caseload (up to 13 students): official goals, assessments, interventions, data, service tracking and reports.

Institution

For schools and teams: classroom assistant and teacher access, assignments, fidelity and team reporting.

Enterprise / District

Multi-site administration, integrations, data migration, training and support terms, by annual contract.

Pricing will be shared with the early-access list first.

Where we are

In development — and honest about it.

SPED360 runs on BxM’s own servers and is tested with sample (synthetic) data only. No real student data is used. Before any school uses it with students, we complete real staff sign-in, a written student-data privacy agreement with the school or district, and a supervised pilot with one caseload.

Built by a licensed special educator (LBS1) with more than 25 years in education and behavior work.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does SPED360 replace our district IEP system?

No. The official IEP and progress report are still filed in your district’s system. SPED360 helps your team deliver the IEP every day and gathers the evidence for those reports.

Can I use it with real students today?

Not yet. SPED360 is in early access and uses sample data only. Real student use starts with a supervised pilot under a written privacy agreement with the school or district.

How is student data protected?

Role-based access (each person sees only what their role needs), automatic audit of every change, and AI that sees only the minimum data and never approves anything. AI stays off for real data until approved.

Who is SPED360 for?

Special education teachers and case managers, BCBAs and specialists, classroom assistants and teachers, and the schools and networks they work for.
