IEP360

Read the IEP once. Plan, approve and prove services.

IEP360 turns each IEP into a clear, structured plan for the licensed professional: goals, accommodations, services and minutes in one place — reviewed and approved by you, with quarterly progress evidence drafted for you.

The problem

The IEP is long. The work around it is longer.

Information is scattered

Goals, accommodations, service minutes and placement are spread across many pages of the IEP.

The wrong measure

Goals are often tracked with a measure that doesn’t fit the goal, so progress is hard to show.

Evidence by hand

Every quarter, progress evidence is rebuilt from notes, sheets and messages.

How it works

From IEP to a clear, approved plan

1 · Add the IEP

The IEP is read once and organized into sections.

2 · Review each section

Student information, goals, accommodations, services & minutes, placement — you check every one.

3 · Confirm and approve

Confirm the plan, set the measure for each goal and approve interventions.

4 · Track and report

Progress evidence builds over the quarter; you review the draft and file the official report in your district system.

Goals done right

Official goals stay exactly as written.

Locked official goals

Official IEP goals are stored exactly as written and can never be edited.

Supplemental goals

Working goals are kept separate and clearly labeled — never confused with the official IEP.

The right measure

IEP360 suggests a measure for each goal (frequency, duration, percentage and more); you confirm it.

Your approval

Nothing reaches classroom staff until a licensed professional approves it.

Who it’s for

Built for the people who plan services

LBS1 / special education teacher

Your caseload, each plan reviewed, goals and interventions approved, quarterly evidence ready.

Case manager

IEP versions, services and minutes, assignments and transfers in one view.

BCBA

The same tools, limited to the areas you are assigned — for example behavior plans.

Safe by design

Privacy and honesty built in

Fully audited

Every change is recorded automatically; corrections keep the original.

Human decides

AI only drafts when a professional asks, sees the minimum data, and never approves anything.

Your district system stays official

IEP360 does not replace your district’s IEP system — the official IEP and report are still filed there.

Better together

IEP360 + SPED360 = BxM 360 Complete

Use IEP360 on its own for your caseload. Connect it with SPED360 so classroom assistants and teachers deliver the approved plan every day — and every session flows back as evidence.

Where we are

In development — and honest about it.

IEP360 runs on BxM’s own servers and is tested with sample (synthetic) data only. No real student data is used. Before anyone uses it with students, we complete real staff sign-in, a written student-data privacy agreement with the school or district, and a supervised pilot.

Built by a licensed special educator (LBS1) who writes IEPs every year.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Does IEP360 replace our district IEP system?

No. The official IEP and progress report are still written and filed in your district’s system. IEP360 organizes the plan and gathers the evidence for those reports.

Does it change my IEP goals?

Never. Official goals are stored exactly as written and locked. Any working goals are separate and labeled as supplemental.

Can I use it with real students today?

Not yet. IEP360 is in early access with sample data only. Real use starts with a supervised pilot under a written privacy agreement.

Does it support 504 plans?

Support for 504 plans is planned alongside IEPs.
