Instruction + Behavior Support + Collaboration = Effective Inclusive Education.
The capstone of the BxM School Ecosystem. Design differentiation as a behavior change process — then take it from one classroom to a grade-level team to the whole school, with data every adult can read.

The scaling framework
Test first, then scale. Each tier has a clear data signal before the team moves on.
Tier 1 · Weeks 1–2
One antecedent-rich routine + unified reinforcement with 3–5 focus students.
Expand when ≥80% of focus students gain and fidelity is ≥90%.
Tier 2 · Weeks 3–4
Share pilot data with the Cross-Role Sharing Protocol: structured turns → pattern synthesis → co-created adjustment.
Adjust together, then replicate across classrooms.
Tier 3 · Weeks 5–8
Present aggregated grade-level data to leadership and secure aligned materials, training and coaching.
Embed in existing PLC and data cycles — not an add-on.
Unified reinforcement
FADE 1
Continuous
FADE 2
Intermittent
FADE 3
Delayed
FADE 4
Natural
Shift to the next step only after the 3-point mastery rule: ≥80% success on 3 consecutive data points — in both domains at once.
Course structure
Each module has five practical lessons and a knowledge check.
1
Foundations of ABA-Informed Differentiation
Differentiation as a behavior change process: antecedent-rich routines, structured choice and one unified reinforcement system.
2
Antecedent Strategy Deep Dive
Point-of-use visuals, 2–3 structured choices and fade plans written before day one — layered in the right order.
3
Reinforcement Alignment Deep Dive
One reinforcer type, one schedule, one fade sequence across academic and behavioral goals.
4
Scaling ABA-Informed Differentiation
From a 3–5 student classroom pilot to grade-level PLCs and school-wide integration.
5
Data Literacy for Scaling Decisions
Every adult reads an overlay chart, tracks fidelity and asks: does this meet our expansion criteria?
Credit & certificates
RBTs need 12 PDUs in each 2-year renewal cycle. This course is being prepared as RBT Professional Development under the BACB’s RBT PD requirements. Approval pending.
