Effective learning environments need coordinated teams, not isolated professionals.
For RBTs, paraprofessionals, teachers and BCBAs who share a K–5 classroom: clear roles, short communication routines and one aligned plan — so every student gets the same cues from every adult.

What’s included
Is this for you?
Four communication pillars
Brief, action-oriented and always ending with the same question: who does what?
3 min
What worked yesterday? → Today’s focus? → Any adjustments? → Who does what?

15 min
What does the data show? → What’s the pattern? → One adjustment → Who implements, and when?
Ongoing
Success signals set before the change, then keep, adjust or fade.
Problem solving
Identify the problem → review the data → choose one least-intrusive support → monitor.
