Where sport science meets behavior analysis.
A complete, 24-module professional program that links training methodology — load, methods, physical capacities, periodization and monitoring — to applied behavior analysis, so every training decision rests on observable behavior and real data.

Curriculum
From the behavioral foundations of performance to a defended final project — each block builds on the last.
Block I · Modules 1–3
Treat performance as behavior shaped by the training environment.
Block II · Modules 4–5
Program the load, then read the athlete’s response as data.
Block III · Modules 6–12
Shape and chain skills; build consistency in physical training through feedback and self-monitoring.
Block IV · Modules 13–16
Make mental skills, health routines and long-term development observable and trackable.
Block V · Modules 17–21
Base every planning decision on a baseline and clear decision rules.
Block VI · Modules 22–24
Coach with behavioral skills training (instruction, modeling, rehearsal and feedback), act ethically, and defend your decisions with data.
How every module is taught
Each module teaches the sport-science content coaches rely on, then applies behavior analysis to it, so what you plan on paper becomes behavior you can see, measure and change.
Lens 1
Sport science
The training content itself: physiology, load, methods, physical capacities, planning and monitoring.
Lens 2
Behavior analysis
The method for applying it: what the athlete actually does, how you measure it, and how you decide what to change.
1
Define
State the target as observable athlete behavior, not as a label like “lazy,” “mentally weak” or “not committed.”
2
Measure
Collect baseline data through direct observation and performance records.
3
Intervene
Arrange the training environment (instructions, practice conditions, feedback and reinforcement) to build the behavior.
4
Evaluate
Use the data to decide whether to continue, modify or rethink the plan.
Sport-science measures stay sport-science measures. Behavior analysis is applied only where behavior is defined and observed.
Capstone
Your diploma ends with an applied intervention project and a practical defense, where you justify your decisions under questioning — the way real performance work is reviewed.
Define the case
Context, observed situation, problem and objective — in behavioral terms.
Diagnose and plan
Collect a baseline, identify needs and design the program from Modules 1–23.
Monitor and decide
Track the data and apply clear decision rules: continue, modify or rethink.
Defend your work
Present and justify your reasoning in a practical defense.
Continuing education
Selected modules are being prepared as stand-alone continuing-education courses for three professional audiences. Approvals are in progress — credit is only issued once each course is approved.
BACB® CEUs — Learning & Ethics
BCBAs: the behavior-analytic portions of the diploma are being prepared for BACB® CEUs (approval pending), so you can earn continuing education as you complete the program.
