Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Who We Are and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BXM Education & Consulting LLC, an Illinois limited liability company based in Chicago, Illinois (“BxM”, the “Company”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of bxmeducation.com, our learning platform, courses, supervision services and all related materials (the “Platform”).
By visiting the Platform, creating an account, making a purchase or using a seat code, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform provides professional education, exam preparation and supervision services. It does not provide medical, clinical, legal or financial advice.
2. Definitions
“Course” means any digital program on the Platform, including single courses, bundles, exam preparation programs, practice exams, certificate programs, CEU or professional development courses, and downloadable materials.
“Monthly plan” means a service billed once per month, such as BCBA Group, 1:1 or Elite supervision.
“Seat code” means a single-use access code bought by an agency, clinic, school or district for one trainee.
“Content” means all videos, audio, text, quizzes, exams, worksheets, graphics and other materials on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Platform, and at least eighteen (18) years old, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet these requirements and can enter into a binding agreement. We may close accounts that do not meet them.
4. Your Account
Some Content requires an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your login private and tell us at info@bxmeducation.com if you think your account has been used without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account.
5. No Account Sharing
Each account and each seat code is for one person only. Sharing a login or a seat code, or letting others use your access, is not allowed. If we find shared use, we may suspend or close the account without a refund.
6. Courses, Access and Changes
Each product page states what is included and how long you have access (for example, 180 days). Access ends when that period ends or when a refund is given.
We may update, improve, reorganize or retire Content. If we retire a paid Course during your access period, we will offer you a comparable Course or a prorated refund.
7. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on each product page. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
Payment plans: when a product offers installments (for example, 3 monthly payments), you agree to pay every installment on schedule, subject to our Refund Policy.
Monthly plans: monthly supervision is billed once per month for as long as you stay enrolled. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; you will not be charged again after you cancel.
If a payment fails, we may pause access until it is paid.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: Courses can be refunded within 14 days if less than 20% of the lessons were opened and no certificate was issued; monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; unused seat codes can be refunded within 30 days.
9. Agency, Clinic, School and District Purchases
Organizations may buy seat packs. Each seat code gives one named trainee access for the period stated on the product page. The organization is responsible for assigning codes to its own staff and for keeping them confidential.
For agency editions of the RBT 40-Hour Training and BCBA Supervision, the organization’s own qualified supervisor (for example, its BCBA) is responsible for supervising its trainees and for signing any certificate or verification the BACB requires. BxM provides the training content and the tools.
10. Supervision Services
Supervision is delivered by qualified BCBAs. You are responsible for meeting the BACB’s current fieldwork and supervision requirements, including documentation, and for checking that your experience meets them. BxM documents supervision accurately but does not guarantee that any hours will be accepted by the BACB or any other body.
11. Certificates and Continuing Education
BxM certificates of completion show that you finished a BxM program. They are not a professional license, a board certification or a state credential.
BxM is not yet an approved continuing education provider for the BACB, QABA, NSCA, NASM or any other body. Courses marked “approval pending” do not award CEUs or PDUs until approval is granted and announced on the Platform.
BxM is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), the National Consortium for Physical Education for Individuals with Disabilities (NCPEID), or any certification body. BACB, BCBA and RBT are trademarks of their owners.
12. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee
All Content is for education. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, earn any certification or achieve any professional result. Exam preparation questions are original BxM material and are not real exam items.
13. Your Work and Other People’s Privacy
Some programs ask you to submit worksheets, workbooks, data or recordings. Do not include names or other information that could identify a client, student or child. Before filming or recording anyone for a practicum, you must have all permissions required by your employer, school and the law (including parental consent and FERPA rules where they apply).
Worksheets you submit are shared with your assigned supervisor or trainer so they can give you feedback.
14. Intellectual Property
All Content belongs to BxM or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning while your access is active. You may not copy, record, download (unless a download button is provided), share, resell, upload elsewhere, or use the Content to build competing products. Unauthorized use may lead to account closure and legal action.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: access restricted areas, scrape or copy data, get around security measures, upload harmful code, harass other users, or use the Platform for anything unlawful.
16. Third-Party Products and Links
Our Shop contains links to products sold by Amazon and other sellers. As an Amazon Associate, BxM earns from qualifying purchases. Those products are sold and shipped by their sellers, under their own terms.
17. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close an account, with or without notice, for account or code sharing, unauthorized distribution of Content, fraud, abuse of the Refund Policy, or other serious breaches of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing info@bxmeducation.com.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BxM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service involved. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Changes do not affect purchases already made under the earlier version.
20. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Please contact us first; most issues can be solved by email. Any dispute that cannot be solved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Illinois, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and BxM waive the right to bring claims as part of a class action.
