How it works
Four steps, one code per new hire.
Each code is independent. Use it the day a new technician starts.
1
Buy a seat pack
5, 10 or 20 seats. Your codes arrive by email and on your order page.
2
Send one code per hire
Keep unused codes for future hires. They stay valid for 12 months.
3
The trainee completes it
They create a BxM account, enter the code (total $0) and have 180 days to finish.
4
Your BCBA signs
Your Responsible Trainer reviews completion and signs the 40-hour certificate.

Questions
Agency FAQ
Who signs the 40-hour certificate?
Your agency's BCBA or BCaBA who has completed the 8-hour supervision training. They act as the Responsible Trainer for your trainees.
How long does a trainee have to finish?
180 days from the day the code is used. The BACB requires the 40 hours to be completed within 180 days.
Can we buy codes now and use them later?
Yes. Each code is independent and stays valid for 12 months from purchase until it is used.
What if a new hire leaves before finishing?
The code was already used, so it cannot be moved to someone else. That is why each code is separate: you only use one when a new hire actually starts.
Is this training approved by the BACB?
The BACB does not approve 40-hour training programs. This training program is designed to meet the 2026 training eligibility requirement for RBT certification. The training is offered independent of the BACB.
