BCBA Supervision Program for Agencies
Your BCBA supervises. BxM gives every trainee the structure.
Give the team members pursuing BCBA certification a complete 104-week fieldwork curriculum and exam-prep system, while your own BCBA supervisors run supervision and sign the documentation.
At a glance
Pay per trainee, not per supervisor
Why agencies use it
One system for your trainees, your supervisors and your agency.
For your trainees
- A clear week-by-week path through 2 years of fieldwork
- Readings, activities and case work every week
- Baseline assessments, mock exams and a final readiness test
- Progress saved in their own BxM account
For your BCBA supervisors
- No need to build a supervision curriculum from scratch
- Every meeting has a topic and a structure to follow
- Supervise several trainees with the same system
- More time for observation and feedback
For your agency
- A strong reason for future BCBAs to grow with you
- Pay only for trainees who are active right now
- If someone leaves, simply don't renew their seat
- One-time payments: no subscription to manage
How it works
Four steps, one code per trainee.
Each code is independent. Use it when a trainee starts, and renew it only while they are with you.
1
Buy a seat pack
5, 10 or 20 seats. Your codes arrive by email and on your order page.
2
Send one code per trainee
Unused codes stay valid for 12 months, so you can keep some for new hires.
3
The trainee starts
They create a BxM account, enter the code (total $0) and get 6 months of access.
4
Renew while they stay
Every 6 months, send a new code to trainees who are still with you.
What each seat includes
The full BxM program, for each trainee.
The same curriculum and exam system our own supervision students use, without BxM's supervision hours, because your BCBA provides them.
Phase 1 · Weeks 1–20
Foundation & Observation: dimensions of ABA, ethics, assessment, skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Phase 2 · Weeks 21–60
Core Skill Implementation: case conceptualization, data analysis, intervention systems and research literacy.
Phase 3 · Weeks 61–104
Advanced Application & Leadership: complex ethics, staff training, systems and independent practice.
Practice exams
2 baseline assessments, targeted remediation, 10 mixed quizzes, 10 full mock exams and a final readiness test.
Domains A–I
The 9 BCBA content courses (425 lessons with quizzes), with each trainee's progress in My Domains, and visible to your BCBA on My Trainees.

Questions
Agency FAQ
What happens if a trainee leaves our agency?
Their current seat runs until its 6 months end. You don't send them a new code, so you stop paying for them.
Can we buy codes now and use them later?
Yes. Each code is independent and stays valid for 12 months from purchase until it is used. The 6 months of access start on the day the trainee uses the code.
Does BxM provide the supervisor?
Not in the agency plans. Your own BCBA supervises. If a trainee needs a BxM supervisor, see our individual supervision packages.
How many seats does one trainee need?
About 4 seats (one every 6 months) to complete the 104-week program. You only buy the next seat while the trainee is still with you.
Is this program approved by the BACB?
The BxM program is offered independently of the BACB. Your BCBA supervisor remains responsible for meeting BACB supervision and fieldwork requirements.
Grow your future BCBAs in-house.
