The problem
Many IEPs list PE as a service but give it vague goals, or none. Without a clear goal, nobody can show progress and the student’s time in PE is hard to defend.
01
Vague goals
“Will improve gross motor skills” cannot be measured.
02
No baseline
Goals are written without a present level for PE.
03
PE left out
The PE teacher is not part of the IEP conversation.
04
No progress data
Reports say “progressing” with nothing to show.
What you will learn
Each lesson has a short video, a deep dive, a real school case study and a quiz.
