Great habits, built on purpose and built to last. This course shows athletes and the people who train them how to build performance habits that hold up outside the training room: warm-ups, recovery routines, sleep routines, film review, gear prep and study habits. You will use the BxM Habit Protocol (Define, Cue, Reinforce, Measure, Sustain), built on applied behavior analysis and behavioral sport psychology.
